个人赛

（i）Individual Events
5公里：国内男、女及国外男、女4个组别
5 km: 4 teams of domestic men and women, foreign men and women
13.7公里：男、女2个组别
13.7 km: 2 teams of men and women
半程马拉松：男、女2个组别
Semi-journey Marathon: 2 teams of men and women

团体赛

六、路线
VI. Run Route
（一）5公里：从南门城楼东侧200米处出发，经文昌门—和平门—建国门—东门南侧150米处折返，沿原路返回到南门城楼东侧起终点处。
(i) 5 km: start from 200m in the east of the South Gate, through Wenchang Gate - Heping Gate - Jianguo Gate – come back from 150 m in the south of the East Gate to the east of the South Gate along the original route.
（二）13.7公里：从南门城楼东侧200米处出发，经文昌门—和平门—建国门—东门—朝阳门—北门—玉祥门—西门—含光门—南门城楼西侧终点处。
(ii) 13.7 KM: start from 200m in the east of the South Gate, through Wenchang Gate—Heping Gate—Jianguo Gate—East Gate—Chaoyang Gate—North Gate—Yuxiang Gate—West Gate—Hanguang Gate, and arrive at the west of the South Gate (terminal point).
（三）半程马拉松：从南门城楼东侧200米处出发，经文昌门—和平门—建国门—东门—朝阳门—北门—玉祥门南侧400米处折返，沿原路返回到南门城楼东侧起终点处。
(iii) Half Marathon: start from 200m in the east of the South Gate, through Wenchang Gate—Heping Gate—Jianguo Gate—East Gate—Chaoyang Gate—North Gate —400m in the south of Yuxiang Gate, and back to the east of the South Gate along the original route (terminal point).
（四）60米家庭协力跑：从南门城楼西侧50米处出发，向西至13.7公里终点处。
（iv）60 m Family Cooperative Race: start from 50m in the west of South Gate to 13.7km in the west (the terminal).
（五）13.7公里区县领导干部接力赛：从南门城楼东侧200米处出发，经文昌门—和平门—建国门—东门—朝阳门—北门—玉祥门—西门—含光门—南门城楼西侧终点处。
（v）13.7km Relay Race of the District and County Leaders: start from 200m in the east of the South Gate, through Wenchang Gate—Heping Gate—Jianguo Gate—East Gate—Chaoyang Gate—North Gate—Yuxiang Gate—West Gate—Hanguang Gate, and arrive at the west of the South Gate (the terminal).
七、竞赛办法
VII. Competition Rules
（一）参照中国田径协会审定的最新田径竞赛规则执行。
（i）The competition shall accord with the latest regulations of track-and-field competition examined and approved by China Track and Field Association.
（二）比赛采用分时间段检录，检录后分组别发令。
（ii）The roll call of the competition will be taken at different time, and after that ordering each team.
（三）参赛者需着大会统一发放的参赛服，佩带号码布和检录标志。
（iii）All participants should wear the sport suits with the sports number and roll-call sign.
（四）相关组别的关门时间：

八、报名办法
VIII. Applying Method

（一）报名时间
（i）Applying Time
从规程下发之日起到10月10日止。
It starts from the issued date of the regulations to October 10th.
（二）报名要求
（ii）Applying Requirements
参赛者应身体健康，经常参加跑步锻炼或训练。参赛者可根据自己的身体状况和锻炼能力，选择参赛项目。以下疾病患者不能参加比赛：
All participants should be in good health and often take part in running exercises or trainings. The participants could choose the events based on their physical conditions and exercise capacities. Patients with the following diseases couldn’t take part in the competition:
1、先天性心脏病和风湿性心脏病患者；
1. Patients with congenital heart disease and rheumatic heart disease;
2、高血压和脑血管疾病患者；
2. Patients with hypertension and cerebral vascular disease;
3、心肌炎和其他心脏病患者；
3. Patients with myocarditis and other heart diseases;
4、冠状动脉病患者和严重心律不齐者；
4. Patients with coronary artery disease and serious arrhythmias;
5、血糖过高或过少的糖尿病患者；
5. Diabetics with hyperglycemia or hypoglycemia;
6、其他不适合运动的疾病患者。
6. Other patients unfit for exercising.
（三）报名人数（各项目报满为止）
（iii）Number of Appliers (till all team seats are taken)
1、5公里、13.7公里、半程马拉松各组别限报300人。
1. A limitation of 300 people for each team of 5km, 13.7km and Semi-journey Marathon.
2、60米家庭协力跑：以区县为单位组队参赛，每区县至少报2队，不超过4队。每队由一个家庭中的父亲、母亲及1名子女3人组成。子女年龄应在13—15岁之间，方法为中间人的两只胳膊肘分别与两侧人的内胳膊肘捆绑在一起进行比赛，采取分组比赛。
2. 60m Family Cooperative Race: for the race of district & county, there should be 2 teams at least and no more than 4 teams in every district and county. Each team should be formed by father, mother and one child whose age should be 13-15 years old. The competition is that three persons run together while the arms of the person in the middle are tied up with the other two persons’ arms separately and it will start from each group.
3、13.7公里区县领导干部接力赛：以各区县为单位组队参赛，每单位可报1队，每队可报领队1人，运动员14人，男、女不限。每队至少有1名区县级领导干部参加（第一棒），每棒距离约1000米。参赛运动员年龄需为1972年12月31日（38岁）前出生。
3. 13.7km Relay Race of the District and County Leaders: Taking part in the race of district or county as a unit, each unit could organize 1 team. For each team, it could organize 1 leader, 14 sportsmen, and no limitation for male or female. There is at least one leader of district or county to take part in the race (the 1st stick) in each team. The distance of each stick is about 1,000m. The sportsmen of the race should be born before December 31, 1972 (38 years old).

体彩网点报名：个人可通过组委会指定的体育彩票销售网点报名（体彩网点名单附后）。
Sport Lottery Branches: Individuals could apply in the Sport Lottery Sales Branches appointed by the Organization Committee (Branch list attached).

2、体育健身俱乐部网点报名：个人可通过组委会指定的体育健身俱乐部网点报名（体育健身俱乐部网点名单附后）。
2. Sport Fitness Club Branches: Individuals could apply in the Sport Fitness Club Branches appointed by the Organization Committee (Branch list attached).

3、网络报名（外地参赛者）：参赛者可登陆西安城墙国际马拉松赛官方网站（http://www.xamls.cn或http://www.marathon.com）下载竞赛规程和报名表，按要求填写上传，通过银行缴纳报名费（西安市体育开发中心，帐号：61001713500050001982，建行西安西二路支行），经确认后，方为报名成功。
3. Website (participants not in Xi’an): The participants could apply in the official website of Xi’an Citywall International Marathon Challenge (http://www.xamls.cn or http://www.marathon.com ). Download the Competition regulations and the Competition Application Form, fill up the form and upload to the website as the requirements, pay the application fee via bank (Xi’an Sport Industrial Development Center, account No.: 61001713500050001982, Branch on West 2nd Road in Xi’an of CCB), it will be the accomplishment of application after confirmation.

（五）报名费
(v) Applying Fee
个人赛每人30元人民币；60米家庭协力跑每队50元人民币；13.7公里领导干部接力赛每队500元人民币。
RMB 30 Yuan for each person of Individual Events; RMB 50 Yuan for each team of 60m Family Cooperative Race; RMB 500 Yuan for each team of 13.7km Relay Race of the District and County Leaders.

九、奖励办法
IX. Awarding Method
（一）5公里、13.7公里、半程马拉松按组别均录取前八名，分别发给获奖证书、奖金（见下表）、奖牌，各组别前三名颁发奖杯一座。
(i) For the first eight members in each team of 5km, 13.7km, Semi-journey Marathon, they will be awarded with honor certificates, bonuses (see the following table) and medals. A cup will be rewarded for the first three members of each team.
